So you’ve made the decision to purchase your dream home. It’s a great house, in ideal location, but it’s also a community in an HOA or homeowners association. So what now?

We wanted to help out those new owners that have never lived in a community association before. It’s important to know what to expect! This video will present information for first-time homeowners to help them avoid problems and realize the benefits from living in their Homeowners Association.

What are HOA covenants and by-laws?

These are the common set of rules that all Kelly West homeowners receive from their realtor when they buy their home. It sets out the do’s and don’t of our community. You can get additional copies at our management company’s website.

How does our billing process operate?

Each year you’ll receive an HOA assessment in the mail that covers the entire year. Instructions are included for how to pay, both online or via check.
